How much does an exchange cost?

Clearway provides no-cost exchanges of defective phones, which includes shipping and handling.

What is the Clearway refund policy?

Clearway offers a 30-day money back guarantee on our devices.

To request a refund for an Android downloaded app from your Android:

Go to the “Google Play” icon on your phone WITHIN 15 MINUTES of download and press “Menu.” Select “My Apps,” then select the application and select “Refund” to initiate the process.

If you would like a refund for a downloaded app from your Android, and it has been MORE THAN 15 MINUTES, you will need to contact the seller/developer of the app directly to see about getting a refund.

What happens to our unused minutes?

Unused minutes will be lost at the end of the cycle.

What should I do if my Clearway phone is stolen or lost?

Can I reactivate my recovered lost or stolen phone?

Yes, as long as you can verify all of the contact information on the account.

Can I transfer the remaining minutes I had on my lost or stolen phone to my new phone?

What are the terms and conditions to transfer my phone number to Wireless Business Line?

To transfer in your existing telephone number to your Wireless Business Line and obtain wireless service provided by Clearway, you (the Subscriber) must agree to the following:

The number you are transferring must be active with your current service provider. The transfer process could take up to seven days. If your Clearway service remains inactive over 30 days, you will lose your telephone number.
Until the transfer process is complete, should you need to call 911 for emergency assistance, you must give the 911 operator your location as the 911 operator will not be able to reach you until the transfer process is complete.

How much will an exchange cost me?

The exchange will be at no charge; shipping and handling are included.

Does Clearway offer refunds?

Purchases of Clearway devices are refundable, but purchases of Service Plans (Services Cards) are not.

What is a warranty?

A warranty is a promise to replace your phone or accessory that contains a manufacturer's defect that hinders or prevents its proper operation.

How long is the manufacturer's warranty on a Wireless Business Line?

Clearway offers a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the purchaser.

What is covered under the manufacturer´s warranty?

All Clearway devices are covered under the manufacturer's warranty for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Ensuing the Terms and Conditions on the Warranty:

A new Wireless Business Line is covered by the device manufacturer's one-year limited warranty. A reconditioned Wireless Business Line also has a one year warranty provided by Clearway and all Clearway accessories have a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the purchaser. You may obtain warranty service directly from Clearway.

How to obtain Warranty Service:

To obtain warranty service from Clearway on a new or reconditioned Wireless Business Line or Clearway accessories, please contact Technical Support at 1-844-44-CLEAR or 1-844-638-1028. If your problem cannot be resolved over the phone, our Clearway representatives will provide you with a Ticket Number, which you will use to send your device and/or accessories to the designated Clearway Service Center for repair or replacement, at Clearway's discretion.

EXCLUSIONS AND CONDITIONS

This limited warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse or misuse of the Clearway phone and/or accessories. Clearway does not provide refunds. All applicable implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty, unless otherwise provided by law. Your limited warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages, unless otherwise provided by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
